Hi, Hope someone can help!

I am due to file the necessary paperwork for AoS. I arrived in the states on a K-3 visa 5 weeks ago. I had a medical examination done in London for my K-3 interview on October 6th. Do i need to have another medical exam done here to adjust status? or will the vaccination document that i was given by the medical doctor in London be enough? I wasnt given a copy of the medical results at the time of my medical. So, do i need to get the I.693 Medical form for aliens adjusting status or I.693 A form be sufficient??

Thanks in Advance

Medical is good for one year. You don't need medical results in your hand - just the vaccination supplement from a Civil Surgeon to prove they were done.

hi there

if you have a copy of the vaccination sheet that should surfice but i have read that some have got RFE's because it wasnt on the I-693..

when i did my AOS i just sent in a copy of the vaccination sheet and on the cover sheet in brackets beside the vaccination sheet i put orginal vaccination sheet was handed in at POE and the date...

seemed to work for me..many have gone to the doctors also to get theirs put onto the I-693..so its up to you which way you want to go...some doctors do charge you heaps but some dont....but you dont need to do another medical for it...

i know this was confusing but there is no easy answer to it cos there are too many if's and buts if ya get me...

good luck
