X'rays needed at POE? (split topic)

HELP ANYONE... It seems during our packing we may have accidentally shipped my wife's x'rays to the USA.

Can anyone tell me if they are needed or if the medical reports will be enough. Have looked everywhere on USCIS website and searched state.gov to no avail. We are flying out tomorrow at 4pm... Any help will be greatly appreciated

Tomorrow is hopefully going to be a wonderful day. We leave China and my wife joins me after a long visa journey.

A little help though is needed.

Inadvertently, we may have packed and shipped her chest x-rays she needed for her medical. Does anyone know if these are needed at the point of entry which will be Detroit? I have searched most of the available websites ie:state .gov and uscis but cannot find anything that says she absolutely needs the films. ANY HELP TONIGHT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.........

I cannot speak for all POE's, but when I entered, they did not ask for my chest x-ray. Maybe you could give CBP at Detroit a call and verify what documents they want to see?

Hey thanks for the lead, just spoke with CBP Detroit and they say that as long as she has her medical report/examination papers she will be fine.

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

Many people make it to the house, x-rays in hand, as the POE not collect them. At least that's what I remember from reading the POE reviews here.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm fairly certain that NO ONE has ever reported the the IO's at the POE have EVER looked at or inquired (or even cared) about the x-rays.

They come in handy as a baseline, though, if your wife has a medical issue (not necessarily TB) sometime later.
