Rdz's we are March 8, 2013 filers with NOA March 12, 2013 and it says MSC. Could that mean we are at Overland Park and that is why we haven't gotten a NOA2 even if it has been 7 months?

You mentioned other April and May filers already got approved, where were they processed? Was this also for i130's for IR1/CR1?

You would have to look at your I-797C to see wher they sent you Kansas or Missouri.

Have you called USCIS and asked where your petition is? It could very well be at your local office.

Overland Park, Kansas and lee Summit, Missouri are both MSC receipt numbers.

Since January is when eerything came to a logjam stop and not much of I-130's has been coming. Here and there you see approval but those are folks who were sent out to local offices. Some processed right at NBC.

It says MSC.

If they are both MSC receipt numbers how can we find out where they went? We cannot see our case status online? Is there anyone else here who cannot access case status online?

You will probably see no case status because USCIS just hasn't done that for the centers for I-130.

just got from another thread.

As far as processing times at NBC, the VJ links appear to show they're part-way into March 2013, moving into April, via:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=4&option=1&sortby=2

Thank you Lakehouse

dwheels76 Thank you. It is at Lee Summit Missouri.

Is there a way to remove the Direct Consular Filings from our Timeline Tables?
