Confusion regarding case# and location

Hi,

We got our letter from NVC today !! smile.png

However We are a little confused...

Case # VAC2013******

Letter from NVC says sent to Vancouver.

However when checking the following website :

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

We get the following message, I am really hoping we get Vancouver and this is just a generic message, should we contact NVC, or should I try and contact Vancouver embassy ?

havent called anyone yet :) thats why i posted , sometimes they put generic stuff so i was wondering if this was a case like that.... i am the beneficiary, can i call nvc?
