Can i still travel outside the Philippines while waiting for the K-1 visa?

Hi everyone. So i was just wondering, my fiance is a USC and i am from the philippines..now, i am going to apply for a K-1 visa next month. My question is, can i still travel to a different country while undergoing the k-1 process? i have to go to south america or japan for around 3 months and i leave around december? All of your opinions would really help! thank you! :D

Do you mean your USC fiance is going to be petitioning you for a K-1 visa next month? The application forms, filled out by you, don't come until after the petition is approved. If that is the case, I don't see any consequence for traveling. When it does come time to apply (when setting up your interview), you will be required to list the locations of your travels for the last 10 years on at least one of the application forms (DS-157). Given the timeframe, the USC will probably receive the NOA2 while you are away from your home. Just remember, your NOA2 does expire so you will just need to plan for your interview accordingly.

no issues for travelling.
