Hello VJ!

I am member of a long distance relationship community and a couple of people said to make an account here while going through visa stuff, so here I am!

A little bit about us: I am currently living with my parents and younger siblings in Vienna, Austria! My fiancé is living in Connecticut and we just started to fill out forms and catalogue evidence! We are aiming for a K-1 visa and plan to get married in about a year judging by the approving times (CT takes about 5 months).

Stephen and I have been together for one and a half years, met online through a video game and met in person 10 months later in America. I have spent a summer with him and we plan on just one more visit before the wedding, so we can save up money for the wedding and the visa!

I will have lots of questions down the road, but so far it all seems doable. I know it is going to be a long way to get my visa and move to be with my fiancé, but I feel confident about it.

I am looking forward to talking to people who are going through the same things :)
