Hi everyone, I'm getting everything together for the interview. I am the sponsor, but I live and work abroad with my husband. I have prepared my I-864, but I have also prepared an I-864 for my father to be a co-sponsor, since he lives in the US and my income won't continue once I leave South Korea. My question is about my mother. She gets Social Security due to disability. She and my father file joint taxes, but I only listed his income on the I-864 and not my mother's SSI income, since my father makes more than enough to meet the guidelines. Do I need to file an I-864 for her? Thanks

No. You only need to file an I-864a if you want to include her income to meet the guidelines.

I only filled out the income of my joint sponsor ( or was it co-sponsor) while leaving out his wife details.
