Two Letters of Intent?

So, I carefully read the instructions for filing the I-129F on the USCIS, and after reading several posts on this website, It seems most people included two letters of intent to marry signed by both the petitioner and beneficiary. I only submitted one letter saying that we both intend to marry within 90 days of arriving in the states, I signed it and dated it. The instructions state the follow:

"Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e)'s entry as a K-1.

Evidence of your intention to marry may include a statement of intent to marry."
That is straight out of the official instruction, no where does is specifically state that both parties need their own individual letters. Has this caused any problems for anyone? I went straight off the USCIS instructions when creating my package and included everything they asked for; I-129F, Biometrics forms for both parties, airline tickets, emails, photos showing us together, identification (passport, birth certificate), passport photos for each party. Just a little stressed right now, as the instruction never stated two separate letters of intent to marry, nor does is specify to even sign the letter, I just took that upon myself. Any help will be much appreciated.
Also, on a side note, does anyone think this process will be expedited with me being a military service member, and she is from the UK?? Does country of origin play a role in the time it takes to process?

Although it states stuff in the instructions,

most folk here have learned of the 2 letters requirement,

when other folk have reported getting dinged about it, an RFE seeking that 2nd letter from the 2nd human.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Two letters, one from each of you, with original signatures. It's clearly stated in the Guides. Get the other one and expect an RFE.

I'll get the other letter ready and expect an RFE then. Maybe it states it in unofficial 'guides', but the official instruction doesnt clarify. Solely by reading the official instructions, the two letter requirement would be an interpretation at best; it never said to include two letters. It says to include "a statement"...

Wondering if I'll even get an RFE or if it will just be accepted.. Guess I'll find out in time.. Fingers crossed it all goes well.

Yes, you can just wait and hope at this point. Some people get an RFE for the letters or original signatures on letters from each, and some do not.

its ok if you receive an RFE for the 2nd letter, it delays it maybe 1-2 weeks after you are asked for it, but at least its something easy to give. Your petition will only be expedited if you are about to be deployed and can provide a copy of your orders or a letter from your CO. other than that, you go through the same process at the same pace as everyone else. Country of fiance doesnt matter during the USCIS stage, what matters is the completeness of your petition.

Was it signed by you both?

Its going to be one of those situations where you have to wait and see :( I was SURE I was going to get an RFE for sending the wrong sized passport pics and everyone was sure I was going to get one but we got a NOA2 instead. So you will find out in time, but even if u do, its no biggy

One letter would have been fine if both had signed it. They have your guarantee (signature) but they don't have his. You basically spoke for him, but they want it from him via his signature.
