I just make the payment for my wife for her Green Card 165 $ but I don't know to which address they are going to send her green card?

I did not write any address when I make the payment and when I logged in to update my profile they said wait for the Online Access Code in the mail for 10 days ...

I don't understand that?

If you haven't moved and not officially changed your address with USCIS then they will send it to the address you put on your applications.

I do not think that USCIS mail gets forwarded.

I heard that if you change your address they will take too long to send it to you

This is the question we answer in our Visa Form and they repeat it at POE as well. If you can collect the mail at your previous address then you don't need to change for now as I agree with you for lengthy process. But if you have completely moved out of the place and you can not get your normal mail there then you won't get USCIS mail forwarded to you and it will be returned.
