Black family is in such trouble that it will take a decade to see any improvements.

-Break up the school model which has been so harmful to blacks.

-Restore order strict order in the schools at any cost.

-The State has become the husband and father and this must be reversed. Recognizing that the way it's been done has caused more pain than it has eased we must start a new era.

-No one goes hungry but there is a price tag to being on the dole and the dole must look and feel like the dole. Historically Blacks have sacrificed for their children's better life, for some reason that stopped happening when the welfare state was born. We need to seriously undo the life of comfortable poverty.

-Collecting money requires one be involved in school, or a work program.
