How long did it take them to approve your case when u sent ur rfe package for i-130?

Ugh must be pretty stressful that u got an RFE again! :/ well i wish u all the best! Ill keep u posted promise :) each case is dif! But at least it gives some hope and preparation!!! This is our first RFE !! I didn't think it was coming! :( but i was wrong ..

Yea RFE's are annoying, it's pretty much sending the same things with more details... I got approved right away after the i130 and they scheduled my green card interview but that was because I was in removal proceedings.

This second RFE I didn't expect to receive but hopefully we won't need an interview.

Well, the biggest trigger for my rfe was missing one question on the I-751 form ( martial status) but when i logged back onto my computer it was checked off!! I think my printer scrwed up. I told them it was not itentional. However they also wanted more bona fide evidence! I have provided them with what i had. What i didnt i provided them with a clear explanation .. ..with bunch of proof

Hey guys,

I applied for ROC on October 2nd, and I received an RFE on march 10th, I mailed the RFE package 2 days later, they didn't send me any letter that they received it, which made me very nervous, but on march 26th i got a text and an email that my petition has been approved, and my green card came in today. I hope this would help you.

All,

Today, I received the notification that my card has been ordered for production. Phew! What a relief. Thanks everyone for the support, and I wish good luck to all still waiting for their petition approval.

Just a little background for those who are still waiting. I received an RFE two weeks after I changed my address (a very generic RFE which I am certain was triggered by address change since I had submitted every thing it was asking). Anyway, I mailed in my RFE response around March 10th-ish, and never heard back from USCIS. I logged a service request on March 29th, and I believe that was the key. At the same time, I also e-mailed CSC asking if they received my RFE response (I wanted to be double sure because I have been out of country from past two months and my wife turned in the RFE packet). I got a reply from CSC via e-mail last week that their records only show that RFE was sent, nothing more. But today, I got the approval, and minutes later, response to my service request said the same thing.

So I guess if the case crosses 6 months mark, might be worth putting in SR and see if it helps.

Good Luck to y'all!
