We have sent our RFE package through USPS. We first went to fedex, I totally forgot they dont deliver to P.O Boxes im keeping my fingers crossed that it gets approved before we go on our vacation June 18. The only thing I am afraid of is that we dont hear anything from them before we go and than we get an interview date while we are in Europe..

I got the transfer letter a few days ago and it went to CSC. When I opened the letter, I just looked at it and "Oh" and filed it away with the rest of my paperwork. Never thought about it again until I saw a thread dedicated to it. You've already got the one year extension letter, so just kick back and let it ride.

I found this in other thread. So, I'm moving CharlesR to CSC list

I checked unapproved members' profile and found M Ibrahim deleted account and no longer a member. So, I removed from total applicants number...

I forgot to add that I sent my RFE package on March 10th. Looks like my file has slipped through the cracks at their office. I actually called USCIS and talked to tier 2 agent, and asked him if USCIS had sent me an RFE as I am out of state for a while (I was curious to see if their records are right or not), and he said "No, we havent mailed you anything yet, and if we do, our records will show that"... bunch of bull #######!

Anyway, just more waiting i guess

Yea when i called their 1800 # that was on RFE LETTER. Whoever i spoke to she was like our records show only that they received my petition but nothing bout RFE. I guess whoever is working on our cases didnt bother to update. Please let me know whenever u receive something from them. It will be helpful for all of us waiting for that rfe response!

It was a little more than a week ago when my wife and I were looking at the list here and wondering when we would be approved. For some reason I felt inclined to reassure her that we would definitely get approved on Friday. It just felt like it would be our day.

On Friday we were in the Chicago museum of science and industry as part of our weekend trip to Chicago. We were sitting down and lightning and loud noise were being generated up above as part of a demonstration.

As the lightning struck, I got a text message. It was from the USCIS. Our petition was approved. Friday turned out to be our day after all.

And now we wait for the actual card to be in our possession. Then we can make our travel plans to Tokyo for the end of the year without any worry. This will be my 19th trip to Tokyo in the last decade, which is amazing to me since I never imagined I would visit Japan let alone so many times.

Once we get the new card it will be the end of our USCIS journey. We've decided that my wife will keep her Japanese citizenship which will allow me to get a Japan spouse visa in the future, in case we ever decide to move to Japan.

Lastly, best of luck to everyone still waiting for approval. I hope everyone's petition is approved as quickly as possible.

Neither have I :,( i guess we just have to be patient but its hard! Esp im scared we r gnna loose almost 3500$ for these airline tickets we booked for June 18 to visit my husbands parents! ugh!!! Plsssss let me know as soon as u hear something, dont forget!! Ill do the same ! Cuz u sent it on the 24th && I sent it on the 25th

I forgot to mention, but I have done extensive research when it comes down to RFE responses... Some folks never hear anything from them until their approval.....i hope dat helps.. It may be just an approval letter..

However, if they are not satisfied with evidence received ( which I HOPE does not happen), they send you a letter notifying that your case was transferred to your local uscis office, and they schedule an interview..

I would wait because its only been a couple of days since you and I both sent our RFEs...
