Move or not to move?

I-864 - Affidavit of support provided to the immigrant spouse and we filed it along with DS-230 (Application for Immigrant Visa) during the CR1 approval time. In our case I and my father both filed I-864s for my immigrant wife, so when either of us move, we have an obligation to report change of address using I-865 with 30 days of such move. So if you USC had filed I-864, then you will have to file I-865 now.

The immigrant spouse also has obligation to inform change in address and is done using AR-11.

When we filed I-751 we did change of address for my husband AR-11 form online but I didn't submit I-865 change of address for myself. So as soon as I read your message I filled out an application and sent it in mail so that way I can say that I did it and they can have it on file. I don't know if that will make a difference or not but we did submit a copy of both of our driver's license along with other supported documents when we sent our I-751 package. I am just hoping and praying that by the time my birthday comes in 9 days I will get a ROC approval letter for my husband. It will be the best b'day gift ever :-)

By the way, once again I just want to thank everyone who has given their suggestion regarding my issue. I greatly appreciate all your help. Hope everyone of us going through ROC get a speedy approval without any interview or RFE :-)
