Hello VJ friends...

Finally we have our interview on 10/01/2013 at the Embassy in San Jose, Costa Rica. We are ready. The only thing that worries me is that with him (my fiancé) we are a family of 3. My son, depends partly on me, since he received monthly a good child support. I have 2 jobs. I'm a regular employee for this company, but with this salary I do NOT make enough (says the Poverty guidelines) , but I have another job as an independent professional. With my annual income as a professional I do make more than enough. So they are asking my w2, but I also have a 480.b (Puerto Rican form for Independent Professional income subject to Tax)....are they going to take in consideration my 480.b?? I also sent a bank statement where I received child support. Is this enough?? I'm not going to be in the interview, so I'm all over him that he has to state that I have 2 jobs...I'm worried sad.png

You would add all your incomes together and list that amount as your current income on the I-134. List your main job on the form and state there, "More than 1 income source, SEE ATTACHMENT" Add another sheet listing all your income sources and provide proof of all of them. You need a copy of the court order for the child support to go along with bank statements showing the deposits. Your most recent tax transcript should show the income from both of your jobs as well. You need to provide as much documentation of your income as you possibly can.
