OK, go to https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/, check where you stand exactly, if you submitted the DS-3032, no need to worry about sending in the DS-261, its essentially the same. All responses will be to you because you chose it already. If you have the Case number and Invoice id which i'm guessing you do, you will see if you already submitted the appropriate forms. There you will see if you can fill the DS-260 which was the DS-230 previously, I seriously hope i'm not confusing you, thanks!

thank you fire.. with your ideas youve shared to us. it really hepls me a lot.. another question fire on ds260 " do you have documentation to estbalish that you have received vaccination in accordance with US laws?.. my kids from philippines ages 11&3 . have been vaccinate and we do have their records.. since when theyre few months old.. .is that will make me consider as our evidence then i will say yes to that question? or

Kinda and probably the most trickiest questions there, Technically you will have proof once their medical exam is done. So I went on and put yes on it, my case is now complete and now awaiting an interview date so I can schedule a medical appointment, there your sons will receive any missing shots if necessary.

Yes the DS-260 refers to the Applicant (Beneficiary), NOT THE PETITIONER

No if she/he never applied for one, but later it will tell you if you want one, then that answer should be yes, because you want your beneficiary to receive one here in the states.

I dont think it's much, they really care more about the Applicant than the preparer on that case.

If you have a chance you can change it, otherwise i dont think it will trigger a checklist for such a small thing.

Negative if you sign and complete you will send the application immediately, you can review by simply going back or review it just before signing. I found the review button just before signing or my going to the last tab on the left where Social Security is or Preparer Information. Signing is just that....

ALSO, on the top of that page you will see 3 tabs, Complete, Review and Sign in that order, good luck!
