Well I am Dominican. I know Dominican men have the reputation of using women to come to this country and which here in visajourney a couple of women have been scammed by the Dominican spouse. It is embarrassing for me as a Dominican woman to find this type of men. I know how exhausting and anguish this process can be to find out this person just use u. Walk away don't do him a favor. Be happy you are getting out of it before it was too late...... Throw a party.... There are many countries high on immigration fraud.. yes we are one of them but if could happen to anyone in any country. I meet my fiance and the father of my second child in DR, and we are going on 2 yrs before I even decided to put the papers in. It takes time but from day one you could tell what their intentions really are... Sorry for the pain but be glad you realized it before he came... Good luck and just put this situation in the past and enjoy life...
