Hi...

My wife did the finger prints 2 weeks ago and we just got a letter from uscis informing us that the case has been transferred to CSC. But when I tried to log in to uscis website to check the status based on the receipt number, it says case has been transferred to local uscis location....what does this mean? Is this case in CSC or in my local service center? Based on this letter and the information in USCIS website, thy both have same dates but letter says its transferred to CSC website says its transferred to local...

I'm interested to find out about this status as well. My biometrics is scheduled on 10/15 but my USCIS status shows the same thing.

day 43-- 05/23/2012-- Notice for an interview is received for 06/26 @ 2pm

day 63-- 06/12/2012-- Received a Text & email for an update- Card production EAD/AP

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

day 1 -- 04/07/2014 -- ROC Package delivered to VSC

day 16 -- 04/23/2014 -- Walk-in Bio.

You'll find a lot of useful information there.

VSC is overwhelmed. Many of us were transferred to CSC (which seems to be sent to ur local office for adjucation) and it shouldn't affect your timeframe.
