Just watching the full event now in youtube :-)

The show live in one of Indonesian tv stations . I have to admit, she extremely beautiful, smart, and very well spoken.

Oh, Oops, sorry. It is Balinese fan. Looks similiar. I had one bought in Bali many years ago.
