Timeline option suggestion and search suggestions

Hi,

I don't know if this has already been posted but I have two suggestions for the site. First, we should be able to search a forum. For example: I didn't know whether my suggestion on timelines was already posted, it would have been helpful to search just the forum rather than the whole site.

The second suggestion is to get more options in the timeline. My timeline for example looks as though I haven't updated for a year when in actuality, we've been caught in an RFE/checklist holding pattern. There's no other way to inform people of this other than my comment section. Maybe add a few options so that people can see that members aren't being lazy about updating.

In the same vein, more search options for the timeline search. The other day, I was trying to figure out the time between sending in packages and case complete. Just a few more options, I guess.

On searching.. *points at top right corner*. There's a basic search bar, and also the more powerful advanced search.

Oh. I knew about the basic search. I guess my eyes gloss over the advanced search. Maybe consolidate it with the basic search or bring the two options side by side?

i likes the advanced search tool, much.

When ya use a PC, you get a different experience, that advanced search tool.

There are OPTIONS for your search, there - so concept of searching in a sub-forum should be visible to you.

aha ! Good ! Any idea for hiring a teenager ? I do that, sometimes - as for me, it sucks getting old.
