I am not understanding where you are in the process with London. Can you explain what you have done so far? There is no way you would have a K1 interview assigned without submitting documents. A DS-160 is for non-immigrant processing like visas for tourists, students, etc. Sounds like you are on the wrong page. Give a little more explanation of what and when.

Received packet 3 instruction letter?

Had medical exam?

Mailed forms? Which forms?

Sorry.ok,We applied for a I-129 f.it was approved.I had my medical in London which went ok.now I have received my interview date but in the letter it tells me to register with this courier service BEFORE I attend my interview.this courier service apparently returns my documents and my visa too (I think).hhtp://dld.bz/ivbook

However when I try to fill in the application form online,it requires a ds-160 number in the mandatory field which has nothing to do with what I am doing.it also has a list of visas which I have to click on but it doesn't have k1 fiancé visa.all very confusing.

Did you choose "Apply for a K visa" as the first step? It sounds like maybe you chose "Schedule a courier" which takes you to the wrong part and won't let you out. Some have had to start completely over with a new email address. Try again and print the steps out and follow exactly because the form apparently isn't very intuitive and not forgiving if you misstep. Post again if you get it to work.

Instructions--

All fiancé visa applicants and their children who will be immigrating with them to the United States, are required to pay a non-refundable visa application fee of $240 per person, regardless of age. The fee MUST be paid before you attend the appointment.

The fee is paid by following these simple steps:

1. Visit http://dld.bz/ivbook and select Apply for a K Visa

2. Sign up for a user account

3. Select Add Applicant to provide information about yourself. Repeat this step for each person who will apply for a K visa with you.

4. Choose where you want your documents to be sent if your application is successful. Delivery to a regional center in the UK will not incur additional costs.

5. Pay the MRV fee of $240.00. Payment must be made by MasterCard or Visa debit card. Once you have paid the fee, you can request home delivery from the courier for a fee of $30 per applicant. If you wish to select home delivery, you can do so by returning to your profile once you have paid the fee. Please note that you can only select Home Delivery up until the day before your interview.

6. Confirm your facility (select U.S. Embassy London).

7. Please DO NOT submit any documents ahead of your interview. You should present all documents at the time of your appointment.

Sounds like you have gone the wrong way as mentioned above, you probably selected non immigrant which is technically correct but in this process you need to select immigrant.

You may now have to use another e mail address to register again if you already registered.

Many people have done what you appear to have done, it's not a very well thought out system

Another thing is, if you want home delivery it does not offer that option until you have paid then it will come up with that. Bit weird but it is how it is.

As with every step in the process, it will vary for everyone, but they state within 10 days (working days) and they are pretty good about staying within that time frame for the majority of K-1 approvals. We had our interview on the 17th of September and had the visa in hand on the 25th which seems fairly normal, but of course each case seems to be different. Hopefully you will get yours relatively quickly.

BTW, congratulations on your approval. Hopefully this next step goes smoothly for you.
