I was wondering how long will take from NOA 2 to issuing case number at NVC ?

as of now, csc has been having trouble transferring their approve cases to nvc. ive heard someone call USCIS that it will take about 15 business days before they gonna send it to nvc.so were looking around a month of waiting before nvc even get it into their system. i dont know why they send it bulk?!?!?i really dont understand it. while the vsc or tsc approvals were having fast processing from nvc, from 15 days to about 3 weeks they are done at nvc.we dont have any choice but again wait for some time..dont worry, we all are affected on this..just hang on for more time, it will come soon..
