guys, my wife lives in Nairobi Kenya and is very scared due to the terrorist attacks just this week. We are both from Indian descent (she has a Kenyan passport and I am a US Citizen) and many Indians were specifically targeted in the attacks at Westgate.

I do not mean to take advantage of the terrible situation, but do you believe her security would count as grounds for an expedite? We received our NOA1 in May 2013 and it seems like it will be May 2014 (according to other people on the forum) before she will have all the paperwork completed. We are both worried that the situation in Nairobi will continue to get worse and her life will be in danger.

Please let me know what you think as you have experience with expedites.

Thanks
