you will have 90 days for the work authorization that you received at JFK, when it expires you will have to stop working.... as soon as you get married you need to file for your AOS-ajustment of status$325.00 and EAD-work authorization$180.00---it is best to file them together---the biometrics which cost $70.00 will be done after they receive you AOS&EAD forms.. they make an appointment for you(it is fingerprints and pictures) the $70.00 should be paid when you file your AOS.... check out the example forms on the vj site...

I have not gone through the AOS interview yet so I am not so sure about that... sorry...

I can not answer everything but here is what I know

The fee for adjusting status is $325. There is no waiver to avoid the fees.

The Work authorization is good only for 90 days. If you want to apply for a new temporary work authorization to have in effect before the AOS is compete you would file the I-765 and pay an additional $180. Someone else here can tell you more about processing times to help you make this decision.

Once you are adjusting status you can not travel outside the country unless you file for an advance parole. The fee for this is $170.

Both the EAD and AP are optional.

Your medical is good for one year and since you have the immunization record you should be good to go. Biometrics is required once they begin processing your AOS. I think the fee is $70. If you do not compelte this, your AOS can not be completed.

USe this link from the VJ guides to get detailed instructions on how to move through this process.

you should really post in the AOS forum as well as read the guides associated. The fees for AOS are $325 BUT you have to include the fee of $70 with that. file for EAD and AP if you want to work and travel. The bare minimum to AOS is the $395 total.

it has been suggested to get the vaccination supplement, some have been approved without it, while others have received an RFE for it.
