Well maybe he did, but not the past two days, as it has been sitting at the MOA since Oct. 1st. What on earth do they need to do to move it from one shelf to another so we can pick it up already lol?

Yeah, that's the number she has been calling. They tell her it is at the MOA, but not ready for pickup. No dice.

Huh?! It is at the MOA but not ready for pick-up. Try calling yourself, and maybe you'll get a better answer. I've been the one calling myself and the 2Go clerks are responsive. Good luck

That's what we ended up doing. We went to the MOA anyways, with a movie and dinner. Picked up the package with no issue.

We never did get a text or even see the tracker change to "ready for pickup". So they must be slacking there now. But either way, we got it and are happy.

ustravelsdocs and 2go are absolutely abysmal for tracking. Now ya know, firsthand.
