Visa "Issued", Traveldocs says "With Post"

We had our interview and approval Sept. 25. Visa status changed to AP Sept. 26. Status changed to "Issued" Sept. 27. Traveldocs tracking website stated that visa is "with post" Sept. 28 (today).

Our visa is slated to be delivered to the Mall of Asia, which we hope to pick up next week sometime.

A few questions:

Will traveldocs tell us when it is ready for pickup at the Mall of Asia? If so, what does it say?

If not, I hear that the 2GO website is notoriously unreliable, so how will we know when it is ready? Are they reliable in texting? Do they use the phone number Mylen provided in her application forms?

How many days does it typically take from the day it is "Issued" to the day it is ready for pickup in the MOA?

I assume it is now safe to make plane reservations for Mylen and wedding reservations back home?

Thanks for all your continued help guys! smile.png

I would guess you are only a couple days from getting that special text/phone call from 2GO saying the package is ready for pickup.

There have been a couple of issued -to- delivered in the last few days.

2013 July 10 at 12nn | CEAC Status Update - ISSUED!!!!!!!!

2013 July 12 at 3pm | Ready for Pick up at MOA. Tracked it through UStraveldocs.com and 2GO using UID found in the confirmation letter.

2013 July 12 at 5pm | Got the 2GO text

My visa got issued on a Wednesday, and it was ready for pick-up by Friday.

It's currently Saturday there, so you'll probably be getting a text next week. If you're using an AndroidOS smartphone, you can download TrackPack. That's what I used to track it. It's not always the UID that they use for tracking. Make sure you create tracking entries on all three possible tracking codes:

1.) MNL Case Number

2.) Passport Number

3.) UID

See which one activates in the next few days.

Also, CONGRATULATIONS! :D

I actually had pretty good results with the 2Go website. Once I started using the correct tracking number that is! I used the UID # from the appointment letter to first start tracking, then after a few hours the other numbers started working too. If I remember correctly in our case the 2go site actually was ahead of the traveldocs tracker. April was actually able to pick up the visa on a sunday from one of the 2GO branches near her house.

I was checking with CEAC and ustraveldocs website and emailing them and it said ISSUED, and "Still with Post", respectively.

I would advice checking http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/customersupport/etrace/index.asp WITH YOUR CASE NUMBER (NOT PASSPORT) to find out if the visa has left the embassy is at 2go site or being delivered.

I just found out today that our visas were delivered to 2go MoA yesterday when the other sites still say "At Post". Still waiting on text from 2go, but I know they are there.

Interesting, thanks. I checked 2GO's site, and just get an error page. Don't know what that means. But either way, I think it is probably still sitting at the embassy over the weekend, as it was just changed to "Issued" on Friday. We hope to get it sometime early/middle next week.

Also, this is the error page I get when trying any of the three numbers on 2GO's site:

"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12541: TNS:no listener

/CustomerSupport/etrace/indiv.asp, line 9"

Sounds like an error on their server. If the Oracle listener is not running, your input cannot be processed. A restart of the Oracle service, or a complete reboot of the computer, should resolve the problem.

This is what I've been getting from 2GO's site for two solid days. Sounds like they have it at the MOA and it's been sitting there since then. Is this common? We are wondering how much longer we have to wait for them to get it together and let us pick it up. Everytime we call 2GO they say it's there, but not ready for pickup. And the phone number for the MOA branch listed on the 2GO site is invalid. Grrrrr...
