I received a 1am call from my fiance tell me that her interview went well and that they will issue the visa once they confirm that she has not been married priviously, which should be a problem. She was talking very fast and was very excited. We are both very happy that we will be together for Christmas. I would like to thank those who answered my questions and helped me out. :dance:

I think he meant "Shouldn't" I assume this by the way the rest of the story goes....:)

9/28 I Recieved NOA1(I-797C) in the mail

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...
