I just went to do my biometrics for both I-485 and I-765 at a local office. I am a little bid worry about the application form that I filled out at the local office. On the applicaiton form, there was a blank space to fill out an application number. I just wrote one number even though I have two application numbers on the ASC Appointment Notice. Do you think that the USCIS will process only the application number that I indicated on the application form or do you think it will not matter because they keep track with the bar codes on the ASC Appointment Notice?

If you have had a same experience like mine, please let me know.

I appreciate your help:-)

Hi gogovisa,

Let me try to help...as far as I remember when I filled out the form. It only requires A-number instead of application number such as AOS / EAD number. But when you actually were having your fingerprinting done, the officer put in the system your A-number, SSN number, home address, name, birth of date [your bio data]. Were you paying attention of that?-if I may ask. This is my experience-the officer kept on asking me if the data she put in the system is correct while I was there.

May be others can give more input.

I hope there's no problem with your form.

Thanks for your reply.

When I went to get my biometrics, every information on my appointment notice was scanned by the bar code reader. I do not think that the officer even typed anything to the computer (may be to push start and stop to run the biometrics machine). On my appointment notice, there were bar codes for the application numbers and the mark (like a bar code, but it is different looking) for my information: name, address, etc... When did you get my biometrics this year?

I hope that everything will be O.K.

thanks,

gogovisa
