Hi Everyone,

Is anyone there who got EAD from Aug 2013

08/02/2013: Documents of AOS, EAD sent

08/06/2013: Received at Chicago lockbox

08/08/2013:Acknowledgements received

08/09/2013: Biometric scheduled for 09/05/2013

09/05/2013:Attended bio-metric(no walk-in).

I have not received any update during the last 22 days. How many days it take for processing EAD since biometrics?. I have some job offers, but not able to take up pending EAD.

Thanks

(Organizer hat off)

The VJ K1/K3 AOS Guides estimate about 90 days processing time for the EAD. This is in line with the NBC's recent processing time information-

Last year, My family got theirs in about 10 weeks. Hopefully you will get something soon.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Here is the August 2013 filers thread:

As others have said, EAD processing times are currently running at approx. 60 days (+/-), so I assume you will hear something soon. Mine took 65 days (plus 8 days for delivery).
