My wife sent off our I 130 on 19th of this month and we are yet to get any notice or receipt,pls vj members advice,God bless u all,we submitted the G1145 as well

You should get your NOA1 very soon, say within couple of days of filing i130. Its good that you have filled G1145 as well, u will get an email first and then hard copy for the same.

I received NOA1 in 4 days after filing for i130.

Initially your will recieve the notification of NOA1 and NOA2.

NOA1: Notice of action 1 - It is a recipt of your application. Usuall it takes from one week to one month.

NOA2: Notice of action 2 - It is the of your application. You might want to keep that notice for future reference.
