Hi guys! So we already received our NO2 letter. My questions are?

1. Does my fiance need to send me all the letters (NO1, RFE, NO2) that we recieve from USCIS? And bring it with me during my interview?

2. How do we know the NVC already received our case and is already in their system? Who would notify us?

3. Is the NVC going to send a letter to inform us that they have already forwarded it to USEM? Do I also need to bring that letter in the interview too?

4. What can I do at this point aside from waiting for our case #?

Thanks guys!

10 Days after i received the notice in my email, i called NVC and they gave the MNL nr or embassay case nr...

I then waited for the letter from NVC that came in the mail to schedule the interview.....You don't need that

letter really for anything, its just a verification of the nr and that the case has been approved and the visa

petition was forwarded onto the embassy. It takes up to 2 weeks (in my case) for the embassy to receive

the case. But, once you get your mnl nr, you can get the physical and cfo out of the way for the interview. If

the USC is not going to be at the interview, i strongly suggest that you send all the information to the

beneficiary. Every case is a little different, that was my experience. Remember, you have no idea what

the consular will ask at the interview, so the more evidence that she has the better the results...Good Luck

Thank you so much for your response! In your case, did the USCIS inform you if your case is already forwarded to NVC? Or they didn't? Again, thanks!

Once you get approved by USCIS they will forward it to NVC that's why you need to wait the 10 days and in those 10 days once they receive it they will assign it a nr

1) NO. You do not need copies of the NOA1, NOA2, or a copy of the I-129F package... none of that is asked for at the interview.

NVC letter can be used at St. Luke's, but there are better ways to handle SLEC.

2) You won't know NVC received the petition package from USCIS. You just need to give them some time, then start calling.

3) NVC will eventually send you a letter with the beneficiary's name and MNL # . But you can get the MNL # sooner if you call NVC and/or email them.

4) Call and email NVC . Follow the flashing arrow below for more info.

~ NVC is very backed up... as in slowed down dramatically as of late. They are telling folks 8 weeks to get things processed once they receive the file from USCIS. Just have to be patient and persistent.
