Can my wife come visit me with the tourist visa?

Hello everyone,

i just start to send the 1st pakage for the form I-130, my wife she back to italy now and i just want to know if she can come visit me for 3 weeks around february with the tourist visa or they will stop her at the immigration in the airport?

I went over to the US while our K1 was being processed with no problems.

I had not even thought about not being able to, i just went.

Obviously she will have a return ticket and maybe take something to show ties back to her country.

I also had a letter from my fiancee, notorised stating she would not marry me until I returned to the US with a K1 visa.

Never got asked for anything.
