I am about to send in my package and this is what I have included

2011 and 2012 joint tax returns

Copy of marriage cert and both our passports

Letter from our land lord stating joint occupancy because we never had a legit lease agreement it is just month to month

Birth cert and Ssn or our son born in June

Pics of us and our new son

Three non notarized affidavits

Application and check

Joint bank account info and check

We don't have joint bills because hey are all in his name I hope this isn't a problem....

I also was on a student visa then opt visa and then adjustment of status ... Is there anything I need to do differently?

Also do u think i I could write a small note asking for my biometrics appt to be on a Friday is this acceptable? It is hard to travel with a newborn and I am a teacher so time off is usually more fuss then anything with sub plans and he closest uscis is a six hour drive??...

How many people have to do interviews and I am guessing they are a different appointment day then biometrics?

Thank u so much for your help,

Copy of your Conditional GC - Front and back.

Copies of the bank statements would help. We only sent 1-2 from each year of our marriage but we also have more joint accounts, so we sent fewer from each. You may want to send all or most.

Any insurances? Auto, health, life, etc. showing either joint ownership or in the case of life, beneficiary info would be good.

And, it can't hurt to make the Friday biometric appt request.

Best of luck!
