Hi,

We are now at the NVC with the AOS fee paid and preparing the AOS. Could you please provide simple steps that you guys have or had at the NVC. Here is how I see the process:

1. NVC assigns a case number

2. NVC requests AOS fee paid and DS-261 filled online

3. AOS fee paid

4. DS-261 (Agent form) filled online

5. IV fee paid once requested from NVC

6. AOS and IV package sent to NVC

7. CASE completion

Am I missing anything. I am just trying to be proactive and get things done as fast as possible...

Thank you all!

You can send your AOS first if you want after paying the fee and printing your AOS coversheet. But if AOS and IV fee are available at same time then you can send both. Remember, you should do the ds260 now and only send your civil docs and IV coversheet to NVC.
