I'm a February filer also, haven't been able to see case status online ever...and still waiting. Who knows what we're looking for approvals, they are telling people many different things...wait for October...processing in 13 months...who knows what's true anymore :(...all I know is that they don't care and we have to wait anyway...losing hope here :(

I'm also a March filer, and still waiting. It seems like most of the cases before march were being approved in 6mths. I don't understand whats going on at NBC with March file'rsranting33va.gifprotest6wz.gif . I'm pretty much calling every other day...all they say is that there is a backlog. I requested a status updated by mail, the officer had a deadline to reply by 9/26. When I called yesterday they said they even have a backlog on the status request!!! So y would they tell me the officer will send me a notice by the 9/26th? Oh Lord... Patienceeee uuuzzzaaaaa sleepy.gif

I filed my I-130 for my Dominican husband who's living abroad back in March, was just curious if anybody else who's been stuck at the National Benefits Center has been approved yet?

Yes I have. PD: 1 April 2013 at NBC NOA2 was approved on 24 Sept 13

08/23/2008: Married

07/11/2012: I returned to the U.S. with our 2 children. Started working.

08/01/2012 - 01/01/2013: Talked to various lawyers; saved for lawyer filing fee - complete waste of time.

02/01/2013: Found VisaJourney

02/14/2013: Mailed paperwork to Chicago Lockbox

02/21/2013: NOA 1

06/17/2013: INFOPASS

Hope everyone gets approved soon. Filed on February 16th and got my NOA2 on June 10th. Overall not only USCIS is taking long, but NVC is also taking sometime. Good luck to all!

I know an i130 filer (very close friend), filed in Jan, 2013. Received NOA2 in May, Interviewed on Sep 13th and already landed in US now. Don't know why it is so slow now.
