I was told by tire 2 that decision will be made on my case on the 24th of September but till now I have not gotten any decision.my noa1 was on the 18th of march

It's not clear to me how the tier 2 would know in advance when a decision will be made but in any event it's only been two days...suggest you give it a week then follow-up again.

I was told by a Tier 2 that as of August 26th an officer was looking at my wifes papers

only to find out that it wasn't true. How I found out was I called the following week and

talked to another tier 2 officer. I told him what I had found out the week before and he

told me that the tier 2 officer I had talked to the week before had lied to me because they

have no such information such as specific information such as dates of when your papers

are or will be looked at also they cant tell you who is looking at them.

Sorry for the bold print its in the settings of this message box and

I don't know how to fix it.

Best of luck to you

I called tier 2 again today she said my case is doing good, that my case is waiting for a decision to be made, although I filled for k1 last year for my then fiancé who stays in Germany but they refused to issue visa after a while they returned my fiancé 's back his passport and a letter stating that they are rending back our application to uscis for further review which they did, they never tell us why they are sending our application back.the only question which i find it hard to ans is when they ask me on the phone if i had sex with my fiance during the time i visited him in germany,i was shy to tell them, but husband told them yes.at the interview day they interview two us,while my interview was on the phone.but after two months uscis send me letter that our application has Been addminstrativly close, that we can fill another one which we decided to go for 1-130. now my husband finally go to Nigeria for us to marry which we did and I stayed for six good months before coming back to America, now do have a red flag if we get at interview stage?this is six months and few weeks since we got our noa1,so any of guys have such an experience ?
