I am finishing up the the I-134 affidavit of support and notice the instructions indicate to submit evidence of support in duplicate. Does that mean I need to have two copies of my evidence notarized?

11/21/06 -- packet received by US Embassy Bangkok

12/19/06 -- packet 3 returned to US Embassy Bangkok

12/21/06 -- packet 3 received by US Embassy Bangkok

The only thing that needs to be notarized is the I-134 form it self. You submit two copies of evidence.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
