i cant seem to find the right option to get hold of uscis representative

I'm trying to call them too. I'm trying to change my address, but the automated menu tells me to "Call back between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday." It's 10:30am on a Thursday!

Is there a Thursday furlough for operators which they failed to announce?
