White men rape women at a little over 60%, black men make up 32%, which would include black and white women(African American women are raped at 18% in front of white women at 17%). It didn't say white women in general. By Ann Coulter's numbers it's about 10%, which means the other 90% is white men. But because they're black men, it's more of a problem.
