I was checking with CEAC and ustraveldocs website and emailing them and it said ISSUED, and "Still with Post", respectively.

I would advice checking http://supplychain.2...trace/index.asp WITH YOUR CASE NUMBER (NOT PASSPORT) to find out if the visa has left the embassy is at 2go site or being delivered.

I just found out today that our visas were delivered to 2go MoA yesterday when the other sites still say "At Post". Still waiting on text from 2go, but I know they are there.

That's good news! I haven't been able to track my fiancee's passport throughs traveldocs website. I wish I could. Hopefully we will get a text Monday or Tuesday. :)

Arrrgghhh!! I hate the weekends. We have to wait Monday or Tuesday for further news.

Yeah it sucks. I have a feeling our wait is almost over though :)

Is it still showing no status for passport on traveldocs website for you too?

We didn't micro-monitor the status of my Fiancee's Visa. We checked once, 2 days after the interview, and it was issued. She then received the text from 2GO 2 business days later. The only reason we sent it to the SM MOA was because we planned to come from the province to get the CFO sticker the same day. We ended up not picking it up until 9 days later due to heavy rains in the province.

The process works as designed. Just make sure to pick up the package within 10 days of being notified, otherwise it will be sent back to the Embassy. We discovered this when she called to ask if the package was still there since we didn't get it right away. I imagine you could get status that way as well, but recommend she be the one to speak to the guy "properly" for best results.

Thanks for the advice. I was curious how long the visa would stay at MOA and that answers my question. Just curious but what do you mean by "properly"?

We plan on Monday going up tot Manila and trying to get our visa. We know it's sitting at the 2go office because of their site. I don't know if we've gotten a text from them though since she is away at Tagayta currently.

FYI, our visas both showed up as ISSUED 1.5-2 days after interview. I didn't realize the difference of checking 2go's website with case vs. passport number, or otherwise we have tried to go pick it up Friday,

That's great! You just entered your MNL# instead of the passport number and it worked??

Good luck and safe travels!

For sure check the 2GO site, use one of the three: passport number, MNL #, UID by bar code

yep.still says no status available.hope this week we can pick the visa up.in the meantime, we can just track it on ustraveldocs then go to 2go website. i think that when the visa has been issued (ceac website), the next update is on ustraveldoc. maybe it's when they hand the visa over to 2go. then when it's in 2go hands, we can track its delivery progress on their website. i may be wrong on this but i think that's how it goes

So thank God my fiancée's visa was issued today. I am happy to say I only freaked a little no major panic attacks. wink.png

Now I've started trying to track her passport on the US Travel Docs website. When I enter her PP number it keeps saying "No status update for passport number submitted" I thought it should say "At post" by now.

Is there another number I can try or have they just not entered her PP into the tracking system yet?

I have a feeling that we will just receive a text from 2go without ever being able to track it on the travel docs website! Lol

Thanks VJ for all the support!

Thanks for the advice. I was curious how long the visa would stay at MOA and that answers my question. Just curious but what do you mean by "properly"?

There are cultural differences in how "we" approach people we need help from, as opposed to Filipinos. Whereas we are more direct and might approach a Customer Service Representative as "The Customer", Filipinos will treat that person they're asking help from with respect; it's not uncommon to address the kid mopping the floor at Jollibee as "Sir" when asking them for something. They might also tell the circumstances surrounding why they're are asking something.

Basically, my comment about speaking to them "properly" goes back to the idiom, "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.".

We're going to pick it up this Saturday. Our flight is next week. Just wait 2 business days after the last update on the CEAC website if the update was "issued". Then check passport status on ustraveldocs. Wait for 2 business days for an update. After its updates, then go check 2go website for tracking.
