Tracking US Travel Docs Website

So thank God my fiancée's visa was issued today. I am happy to say I only freaked a little no major panic attacks.

Now I've started trying to track her passport on the US Travel Docs website. When I enter her PP number it keeps saying "No status update for passport number submitted" I thought it should say "At post" by now.

Is there another number I can try or have they just not entered her PP into the tracking system yet?

I have a feeling that we will just receive a text from 2go without ever being able to track it on the travel docs website! Lol

I got the messages in Nigeria and I already have the passport in my hand.

You are the 2nd or 3rd I have read of getting that message. Wonder what is screwed up?

What are you getting on the CEAC site?

Email: Send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled. Do not include any additional text. You will receive an automatic response with the status.

HANK, i just emailed the us travel docs, their fast reply -------> There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.

I will give you my thinking on it; CEAC saying issued, and ustravel saying still at post = review is done, visa is approved, passport is now on its way to the print shop where the visa is printed and affixed to the passport, after that your file (DO NOT OPEN envelope) and the passport get stuffed in the large plastic bag with the delivery information for pickup by 2GO. How many more days is that? Don't have a clue. Heck I am only guessing as to what is happening ..

Yeah I'm just wondering if they haven't been entered in the computer as of yet. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a text next week without the travel docs website ever showing us any info. Would be nice to track it though. Oh well. We will see what happens tomorrow during USEM business hours.

We never tracked the visa, and it took two weeks before 2GO delivered it. My wife (fiancee then) got a call that our 2GO delivery location had been closed down and they asked if she wanted home delivery.. she said yes, 2GO showed up at the door the next day.

Hmmm...I just tried it....took 5 minutes for a response back

Answer received:::

There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.

Yet our CEAC site says ISSUED

Same here.ceac status shows issued as of sep 26 (last update) but ustraveldocs shows no status available for the passport number I entered.It might be that next week they will have an update hopefully.As of now, we're waiting for 2go so that we can pick the package up and go cfo for her sticker.Time is ticking before our flight.

11 days till POE.

Will there be any updates on the weekends? I'm thinking that the next update for us will be Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully, the visa will be ready for pickup next week at 2go since we felt that it was better than having it delivered to the house.

I was checking with CEAC and ustraveldocs website and emailing them and it said ISSUED, and "Still with Post", respectively.

I would advice checking http://supplychain.2...trace/index.asp WITH YOUR CASE NUMBER (NOT PASSPORT) to find out if the visa has left the embassy is at 2go site or being delivered.

I just found out today that our visas were delivered to 2go MoA yesterday when the other sites still say "At Post". Still waiting on text from 2go, but I know they are there.
