Hello all,

I realized only after I sent in my I-129F, that I didn't make a copy of it all. I was reading that I should send my fiancee the complete package (the copies) after the NOA2, but of course, I don't have them. Is this a problem? Should I re-fill out the forms and give him those?

In England until visa expired December 2006

We leave England for a stateside Christmas December 17, 2006

Karl goes back to the UK January 7, 2007

I make a scene at the airport January 7, 2007

I head back to the UK to wait it out with him February 9, 2007

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

No, the info is all the same. Am I also supposed to give him originals of evidence we sent with the packet? (boarding passes, etc)?

Providing your fiance(e) have a complete copy of your original petition is a safety net. 99 times out of a 100, nothing in the original package will be requested. It is however that one time that you are trying to avoid.....

I forgot to make copies of our information when I mailed it. I worried about this all along and it was never asked for; so perhaps I was one of the lucky ones. Good Luck on your journey!

8/8/2004 Petition denied

After 214 Days of waiting

10/11/2004 Returned from Morocco even more in love.

01/26/06 - AOS SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW AND HE GETS HIS FIRST JOB AT FIRST JOB INTERVIEW

02/13/06 - GREEN CARD ARRIVED

4/22/06 - Driver's License!!

11/05/2007 Filed to Lift conditions[/color]

11/07/07 - NOA1 received

12/21/07 - Biometrics completed

04/08/08 - 10 YEAR CARD APPROVED

04/14/08 - CARD IN HAND !!!!!

11/3/08 - Filed for Citizenship

11/29/08 - Biometric Appointment

02/03/09 - Citizenship Interview, HE PASSED

oic, i just know that! :innocent:

i never had plans to ask for the copies of the package or i129f sent by my fiance to CSC...i was never worried and i was prepared for the interview...then i read info such as this...

these copies are helpful to ensure u know everything about ur fiance...ull read what has written on those forms :)

i am still prepared and calm even without those papers, but as what VJers are doing, ill gonna do it too:) nothing will harm us by following VJers suggestion right? is it or it is an SOP?
