Sealed envelope torn:( please help!!!

I'll be honest that big of a cut I would be worried about. The OP looks like they have maybe a 2cm tear at the bottom.

Remember that the consulate and CBP are two different state departments.

I would not be worried cuz it's impossible for me to cut really straight cutting on that thick envelope and I have the part of the side that they cut. I'm sure they will understand :)

I'm glad to know, that I'm not the only one with this problem , and that it caused absolutely no problems at POE !

Will travel to the capital soon, and from there-to the United States!!
