Sen Cruz folds like cheap suit. That sell-out is done.

Washington (CNN) -- He spent more than 21 straight hours railing against any government funding for Obamacare. Then Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas joined the other 99 senators from both parties in voting Wednesday to move ahead on a spending plan expected to do just that.

The rare 100-0 vote on a procedural step means the spending measure that would avoid a partial government shutdown next week now can be amended by Senate Democrats to restore funding for President Barack Obama's signature health care reforms, which had been eliminated last week by House Republicans.

So they are going to vote on the measure. That was always what was going to happen. Your grasp of the obvious seems remarkably tenuous. <_<

It's Dingy Harry's amendment re-funding Obamacare that he will vote against. Unless he doesn't. now that would really screw with people.

You need to keep up with what's happening. Sen Cruz actually ended up voting in support of Obamacare.

Cruz said on Sunday: "And I'll tell you, any vote for cloture, any vote to allow Harry Reid to add funding for ObamaCare with just a 51-vote threshold, a vote for cloture is a vote for ObamaCare."

Ted Cruz voted for cloture yesterday along with the other 99 Senators in the US Senate for a 100-0 cloture vote.

That means that according to Senator Cruz, Senator Cruz and every Republican Senator has now voted FOR Obamacare. It is nice to see such bipartisanship in the Senate in support of the Affordable Care Act. Congratulations, Senator Cruz.

But you think (rightly) that Ted Cruz is a nut.

So his opinion means squat and you're talking out of your ar$e again

So Obamacare will not be defunded. It will be fully implemented as planned. That was always what was going to happen. So you are saying that Sen Cruz' grasp of the obvious is tenuous? I agree.

Talking out of my #######? Sen Cruz is on record now as having voted in support of Obamacare. He said so himself. Plain and simple.

I think that you saying he has a grasp on anything is overstating the case somewhat. ;)

Where have I said that he has a grasp on anything? All I am saying is that according to Sen Cruz, Sen Cruz is now on record with a vote cast in the Senate in support of Obamacare. Sen Cruz must now believe that he supports Obamacare. He said so himself.

I am sad, or happy (depending on who YOU are),

to tell you ..

That CNN reporter got it wrong.

It was a simple CLOTURE vote. That is all, nothing more.

I invite you to watch c-span2 often, Friday and the weekend.

His family moved to Houston when he was 4. Is that not Texan enough?
