My fiance's (the petitioner) pay stubs is given to them weekly. Is two to three of his recent weekly pay stubs good enough as supporting documents for Affidavit of Support? Or does he have to gather the 8 to 12 weekly pay stubs to complete 2 to 3 months?

thanks in advance for your reply :)

If the pay stubs include all the pertinent information such as pay rate and year-to-date pay, then just the one most recent pay stub would work even.

I agree with the other posters. You probably should also have him submit his tax transcript for the previous year, if he had his job in the previous year. They may not be asking, but it will provide more documentation for the AOS. smile.png

What they submit now with the I-134 for the K-1 visa will have nothing to do with AOS. They will need to submit the I-864 with all supporting evidence all over again for AOS. They do not look at what was previously presented at the consulate when making their decision on the financials for AOS.

Sorry to ask here but,I have a co sponsor, does she need to send us the originals or can we prsent copies of her taxes, paystubs etc?

The I-134 needs to have an original signature, but the supporting evidence such as tax transcripts and pay stubs should be copies.

So the I-134 along with paystubs, tax documents, and employment letter is only to be presented when my fiance goes to his interview?
