How many white people claim black people as their own? It's always been us and you. If you want to take on our issues be my guest.

The difference between us and you is your opportunities are right there in front of you, hard work and sweat, will get you where you need to be. For black people, it's our skin color, a black name, some other reason why we can't get hired, or accepted. This is what you choose to ignore.

From my experience, some people are just lazy, I have never noted any racial component to it among blacks in the work force.

When I go in "those" low income neighborhoods (which I do often) I note a lot more people during a working day hanging out where as my neighborhood looks deserted.

Obviously fewer Blacks are employed but that does not indicate automatic "laziness"

they just might not be prepared to find work or interested in those opportunities available.

If we could measure laziness, I would bet there is a correlation between what people see modeled growing up and what they then embrace as a work ethic..... though genetics does seem to naturally gift some with more drive.

When you say "Black people make less no matter..".

That could account for many, many averages that have more to do with choices people make it is too broad of a claim to have meaning..... unless you assume that Blacks perform achieve and mirror other groups identically.

Asians on average make More money than Whites, shall we then assume Whites rigged the system for them but against Blacks?

Because you might live isolated from large numbers of Blacks why assume everyone does?

MAny people have lived with, worked with, hung out with or even dated African Americans and might have an opinion all on their own.

Others were more formally educated about folks, other than their own race.

Nothing wrong with making judgments about people but tell us what yours was based on.
