Not at all. Certainly not in here in (evil conservative) Texas where unemployment rate in the black community is one of the lowest in the country - about 13.4%.

The employment rates could be a lot better in blue states where liberals talk a lot about how much "help" they want to give to the black community when they really want to give them "handouts" and keep them in their place. Some examples of states governed by self-serving liberals along with their black unemployment rates: IL - 19.4%, Mi - 20.1%, CA - 19.6%, Wa - 19.3%.

It seems that the liberal elected officials up there do a lot of talking and caring but no hiring. Down here in Texas those evil companies that the liberals complain about don't do much talking but they do provide jobs to black workers.
