My husband and baby interviewed date was July 26...Approve

Created ...29 March 2013...Last updated Sept 12 2013...sent email, got response with the standard procedure email..first come first serve, yet I am seeing other members interviewed after July 26 and got through...I was advise to call DOS, they checked, no additional documents needed, they are sorry but they are not able to help... I am confused, there is no one to speak to at the Embassy In Kingston...my daughter says Ready but Husband in AP... I am now in the 9th week...cray5ol.gifshocked.gif helpsmilie.gifhelpsmilie.gif

breathe! once you hit 60 business days of AP, contact your congressperson to see if they can submit a congression inquiry on your behalf. Its not a garuantee your visa will be processed any faster but it doesn't hurt. At least you know they will actually verify it.
