Good Morning Guys I did my wife AOS in June 2013 . We did get a 1 year extension 2 weeks after , We also did completed biometrics already . Wife was checking our post mail box she saw an RFE for good faith marriage on Sept 1st 2013 which I did send them a day after with all evidence . On the automated 1800 number it never said we have an RFE nor did we received an email regarding an RFE . Online it does say its on initial review , We are really confused . I called to make sure that they did indeed got my reply I was told that they caint confirm if they receive it or not .What should I do please just wait for some more days or make an info pass or contact our congressman .

Sounds like the "wires have gotten crossed," I would suggest that you be proactive and make an InfoPass appointment and get it all sorted out... soonish. Even if the confusion is a result of something USCIS did, the onus is on you and your wife to get it corrected.
