I know this has been discussed before but I was wondering if anyone has had any RFIs for new photos related to ears not being visible in passport photos?

During the biometrics appointment, my wife was asked to put her hair behind her ears. I'm wondering if this is only necessary for the biometrics interview or if there might be problems (worrying, I know) with her 2x2 photos accompanying her application/petitions where her ears are covered by her hair.

Ugh.

10/16/2013 (Day 36) - EAD combo card delivered (YAY!)
10/21/2013 (Day 41) - Submitted address change
10/22/2013 (Day 43) - I-485 moved to Testing/Interview

10/23/2013 (Day 44) - Email confirmation for address change I-130/I-485/I-765

02/27/2014 (Day 172) - Notification interview is set for April 1

04/01/2014 (Day 205) - Interview Completed. **Notification Green Card was Ordered For Production!***

laughing.gif You don't have to show your ears.

The photo they took on biometrics will be the photo on the GC anyway. It sounds like you got an overzealous photographer.

The examples given by the state department have women without their ears showing. And people smiling, btw.
