Serious CSC Delay For NVC

Im on my 50th day and still nothing... We are getting worried.

we also got our Noa2 fast from csc. approved on sept 30th.i called and e-mailed NVC. i finally got an e-mail back. it said to scan my I-797 and e-mail it to them, and they will contact the csc to find it. because they have not recieved it. 40 days from noa2 to nvc seems right, for the timeline now. are they just giving me a general line, or has anyone been told the same. i actually expected to be told to just wait another week. but instead,was told they would contact the csc for me, to find my petition! yeah, thought i was on the fast track! we need interview before jan 28th! very important. otherwise waiting would be fine, and no big deal.

_{It took us 7 months to get our NOA 2, which was on Oct. 2nd. Everytime I called the NVC they said they didn't have it yet, and everytime I called the CSC, they said they don't keep track of mailing dates, but two letters are generated at the same time, and one is sent to me and one to NVC. So the guy said it should have been sent on October 2nd. Yeah right. Luckily, our congressman's office is involved, so they were able to find out today from CSC that it was actually mailed to NVC on October 25th. I was told to wait until this friday to call NVC to see if they have it yet. Today is day 33.}

_{What does the NVC do- I am finding conflicting info online. Do they just package it and mail to the embassy, or do you as the applicant pay another fee and file a Support Affidavit?}

CSC finally sent our petition to the NVC 37 days after NOA2. NVC sent it to Kingston the very next day and it has arrived according to DHL tracking. YaaY!!!

Now off to the next line to wait lol.

My NOA2 was 9/27. I called NVC today and they finally have my case number. However they told me my case is in AP. I'm trying not to panic! Hopefully it'll come out of AP quickly.

NOA-2....10/1....CSC....just phoned NVC,got case number and they told me sent to Thailand today!!!! hang in there CSC people....
